大豆基因组数据库

本项目进行具有特定优良性状大豆的各种基因组库的构建,根据一些优良性状相关基因簇的定位信息,筛选并完成重要农艺性状相关基因簇的所在区域的基因组序列测定,进行候选基因预测与鉴定.并结合已完成的拟南芥水稻基因组研究成果,进行大豆基因序列分析及其功能注释,挖掘重要性状的功能基因,从而建立起我国大豆基因组学研究的信息处理与分析平台及数据库.对百脉根截叶苜蓿模式植物豌豆与大豆进行比较基因组研究,构建豆科模式植物与豆类作物之间重要农艺性密集的基因组区段的共线性图谱,为最终在大豆中定位和克隆基因建立技术平台. 在本项目中,我们拟通过对2-3个不同大豆的3-4个重要农艺性状相关的基因进行测序,从而获得这些基因组区域的完整的基因组序列.通过应用基因预测软件对获得的基因组序列进行基因注释,并通过分析大豆EST的信息和其它物种的相关基因信息,鉴定出与重要农艺性状相关的基因的候选基因,以加快大豆遗传育种工作. Het Stedelijk Gymnasium is een kleinschalig en openbaar categoriaal gymnasium. Op onze school zitten ongeveer 795 leerlingen en er heerst een prettige, persoonlijke en veilige sfeer. Daardoor hoeven leerlingen de eerste drie jaar niet te kiezen en blijven ze bij elkaar in dezelfde klas. We werken samen met vijf andere.
